Lifetime Warranty on Water Leaks

When you choose Jose's Mobile Auto Glass, you're choosing peace of mind. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all water leaks for the glass we install. Here's how it works:

• New Glass Installations: We guarantee that any new glass we install will be free from water leaks for as long as you own your vehicle.
• DOT-Approved Glass: We use only high-quality, DOT-approved glass to ensure a perfect fit and seal.

Conditions and Coverage

Our warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects and installation issues. However, there are a few conditions to be aware of:

• Impact Damage: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by new impacts. If your glass is struck again and cracks, we cannot provide warranty coverage for this type of damage. However, we do inspect and verify the issue to determine if it falls within our warranty terms.
• Customer-Provided Glass: If you provide your own glass for the installation, our warranty on leaks will not apply.

Ensuring Your Satisfaction

To ensure the integrity of your new auto glass installation, please follow these steps:

• Car Wash Test: We recommend running your vehicle through a car wash 2 days after the installation. This helps confirm that the seal has bonded correctly.
• Report Any Issues: If you notice any leaks within the first 2 weeks, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the issue and, if necessary, work with our supplier to resolve it.

Our Process

We take every precaution to ensure your satisfaction and the quality of our work:

1. Customer Approval: Before we begin, we'll confirm the scope of work and pricing with you.  This transparency helps avoid any surprises and ensures you’re comfortable with the service.
2. Documentation: We take photos of the damaged areas before starting any work to protect both parties.
3. Completion Confirmation: Once the job is completed, we’ll ask you to sign a form confirming your satisfaction and understanding of our warranty.
